How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide our services — scheduling pickups and deliveries, routing drivers, performing and billing for repairs — and to send you the service-related text and email messages you requested (pickup scheduling, status updates, driver en-route ETA, and billing). If you separately opt in, we also send occasional promotional and seasonal service reminders. We do not use your information for any other purpose. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the service providers that operate this platform on our behalf — for text-message delivery, website hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and mapping/route planning — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Attribution Cookie & Email Tracking

When you follow a tracked link from one of our marketing texts or emails (for example, a go.spartanztrmower.com link), we set a first-party attribution cookie in your browser that records which campaign referred you. This cookie lasts 30 daysand is used only to credit the service request you submit to the campaign that drove it — it is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising, and it is not shared with third parties. Marketing text messages and marketing emails also use click tracking on their links, and marketing emails include a small, standard open-tracking pixel. Both are used only to measure campaign performance (which links and messages customers engage with).

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to maintain business and legal records. Gate and garage access codes are encrypted at rest, visible only to your assigned driver and our staff, and automatically deleted after your delivery is complete.
